Manager - Thermal Power Plant Ducting Design and Coordination

MANAGER/NON-PRESSURE PARTS

Familiarity with plant layouts and equipment arrangements is crucial

3D Modelling of Air and Flue gas ducting for Sub-critical/Super critical Boilers projects using CREO or similar software 

Coordinating with Design Team for Design inputs/sketches/ details required for the preparation of 3D Model and shop drawings

Analysis and design of Air and Flue gas ducting for Thermal Power Plant /Boilers projects using STAAD pro or similar software. 

Preparation of Technical specification, Pre-order and post-order co-ordination for Dampers, Expansion joints, Slide support and Hangers.

Should have a clear understanding on the Shop drawings and shall be able to check the Fabrication drawings and erection drawings without guidance. 

Should have experience in preparing technical specification for design and detailing of Ducts.

Should co-ordinate with Outsourcing team for preparation of detail/shop drawings and shall be able to independently handle the assignments with outsourcing team.

Management and control of schedule for release of duct detailing drawing to shop/site.

Shall be able to independently handle the assignments and responsible for the schedule and accuracy of the deliverables.  

Shall possess good communication skills and attitude to work in a collaborative environment.
