We're Hiring: Build a Welcoming Fitness Community
Urban Fitness, Manjalpur is seeking a dynamic and organized Gym Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional member experience.
THE ROLEYou'll be the backbone of our gym operations, managing daily activities and ensuring our members have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include:
- Member engagement: Handle enquiries, onboarding, support and follow-ups
- Team leadership: Supervise trainers, front-desk staff and support team to build high performance
- Facility management: Ensure equipment and facilities remain clean, safe and well-maintained
- Operations: Track daily activities, prepare reports and manage administration
- Growth: Support membership growth and member retention initiatives
- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR6+ years of experience in gym or fitness centre management
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Punctual, organized and comfortable managing daily operations
- Basic computer skills for attendance, reports and membership software
- Quality team player who can build and motivate a strong team
- Fitness knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Graduate qualification preferred
