We are looking for an enthusiastic, technology-savvy, and customer-focused Guest Experience & Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments in Vadodara.

This role is ideal for a recent Hotel Management graduate who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, and wants to build a career in a fast-growing company.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ExperienceRespond promptly to guest enquiries received via Airbnb, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and friendly customer service.
  • Assist guests before arrival, during their stay, and after checkout.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly to ensure an exceptional stay.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and consistently achieve 5-star reviews.
  • Check-in & Check-out ManagementCoordinate guest arrivals and departures.
  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
  • Complete guest verification and other required formalities.
  • Explain apartment amenities, Wi-Fi access, and house rules.
  • Ensure every guest has a smooth and hassle-free arrival experience.
  • Housekeeping & Apartment ReadinessEnsure every apartment is thoroughly cleaned before guest arrival.
  • Conduct final quality inspections before every check-in.
  • Verify that:

  • Apartments are spotless
  • Beds are properly made
  • Toiletries are replenished
  • Fresh linen and towels are available
  • Wi-Fi, air conditioning, televisions, and appliances are functioning properly
  • Welcome amenities are placed
  • Staff ManagementCoordinate and supervise housekeeping and operational staff.
  • Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.
  • Monitor attendance and productivity.
  • Ensure company SOPs are followed consistently.
  • Maintenance CoordinationCoordinate with plumbers, electricians, appliance technicians, carpenters, and other service providers.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately.
  • Follow up until repairs are completed.
  • Maintain records of maintenance requests and completed work.
  • Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels of:

  • Linen
  • Toiletries
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Kitchen essentials
  • Guest amenities
  • Coordinate timely replenishment of inventory.
  • Daily OperationsVisit apartments as required to ensure operational standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all properties.
  • Ensure apartments remain guest-ready at all times.

AI & TechnologyWe actively use AI to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to draft professional guest responses.
  • Generate daily operational reports and summaries using AI.
  • Assist in creating SOPs and operational documentation.
  • Suggest ways to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Learn and adopt new hospitality technology and software as required.
  • Required QualificationsEducation (Mandatory)Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Hospitality Administration.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Language SkillsExcellent spoken and written English.
  • Fluent in Gujarati.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi.
  • Technical SkillsComfortable using:

  • ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Microsoft Office
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Airbnb Host Platform (training will be provided if required)
