# Field Sales Executive — Restaurant POS Software (Trackable)

## About the Role


We are looking for a driven and self-motivated *Field Sales Executive* to promote and sell *Trackable*, our Restaurant POS software, to restaurants and cafés across Delhi. This is a target-based, on-ground sales role suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, pitching products face-to-face, and closing deals.

## Key Responsibilities


- *Prospecting:* Identify and shortlist restaurants and cafés in assigned territory as potential customers.

- *Field Visits:* Visit prospects in person to understand their operational needs and pain points.

- *Product Demo:* Conduct on-site live demonstrations of the Trackable POS software for restaurant owners/managers.

- *Pipeline Building:* Maintain and grow a healthy prospect pipeline; follow up consistently with warm leads.

- *Trial Management:* Offer a *3–4 day free trial* to genuinely interested prospects (only where necessary to close the deal).

- *Closing Sales:* Convert prospects into paying customers by selling:

- *Reporting:* Maintain daily visit logs, demo reports, and pipeline updates as per company format.

- *Relationship Building:* Build rapport with restaurant owners to encourage referrals and renewals.

## Compensation Structure


| Basic Salary | ₹20,000/month |

| Fuel Allowance | ₹2,000/month |

| **Total Fixed** | **₹22,000/month** |


*Incentives are calculated on total monthly sales value and paid out 45 days cycle.*

- **First week of joining** is dedicated to structured training — product knowledge, demo pitch, objection handling, and field process.

- Ongoing support and guidance from the sales team lead.
