 Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive the sales of Bajaj Finserv Insurance products. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers, counseling them on the right health plans, and building long-term relationships.

 Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition: Company's own data, Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, field visits, digital channels, and corporate tie-ups

- Product Counseling: Explain health insurance features, benefits, coverage, exclusions, claim process to individuals, families, and GMC GPA.

- Sales & Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets for health insurance policies

- Documentation: Ensure accurate policy documentation, KYC, and onboarding as per IRDAI and Bajaj Finserv guidelines.

- Relationship Management: Cross-sell other Bajaj Finserv products and maintain customer engagement for renewals

- Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitors, IRDAI regulations, and new health insurance products.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: 12th Pass, Graduate, Master.

- Experience: 0-3 years in insurance sales, BFSI, or direct sales. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Customer-focused mindset

- Other: Own 2-wheeler and smartphone. Comfortable with field work and targets
