Field Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify prospective borrowers through field visits, lead generation, and cold calling in the micro-business sector.
• Credit Assessment & Verification: Conduct physical verifications of customer businesses, residences, and assets. Check original documents (e.g., ITRs, bank statements) and prepare preliminary Credit Appraisal Memos
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, address their queries, and serve as the primary contact for loan servicing.
• Portfolio & Collection: Coordinate with operations, credit, and legal teams. Assist the collections department by following up on delinquent cases and EMIs.
• Documentation: Ensure all onboarding paperwork and compliance policies are met prior to loan disbursement.
