Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving sales growth for Solar EPC projects (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted) through lead generation, client acquisition, field visits, and project closure while ensuring seamless coordination between clients and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Solar EPC projects.
  • Conduct client meetings, field visits, and requirement analysis.
  • Recommend suitable solar solutions and support proposal presentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements and sales closure.
  • Negotiate and close business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and ensure smooth project handover.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of Solar PV systems.
  • Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
