Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Inbound Voice Process
Location: Alembic, Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15,500 CTC/month
Shift: Evening Shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM / 4:00 PM–1:00 AM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for a banking process.
- Resolve customer queries with accurate and timely solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Update customer information and interaction details in the system.
Eligibility:
- Male candidates only.
- HSC (12th Pass) or above.
- Freshers can apply.
NOTE: ONLY MALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED
Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
