Customer Assistance Manager-Business Loans-Hardship Assistance Unit

- Manage and assist customers specifically in the business loans segment, focusing on hardship assistance. - Handle customer queries and provide solutions related to business loan hardships. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer issues. - Maintain records and documentation related to customer assistance cases. - Work closely with the financial services department to support loan recovery and assistance efforts. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in handling customer cases. - Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding customer assistance activities. - Support the overall objective of improving customer satisfaction and retention in the business loans portfolio.
