Counter Sales Executive

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive cum Kitchen Helper

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive cum Kitchen Helper to support both front-end sales operations and basic kitchen activities. The candidate should maintain excellent customer service, ensure cleanliness, and assist in food preparation as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
• Take customer orders, bill items, and handle cash/POS transactions.
• Display and replenish snacks and food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and kitchen area.
• Assist in basic food preparation, packing, and kitchen support.
• Follow food safety and company hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Requirements: Minimum 10th Pass.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, food service, or kitchen operations (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Honest, disciplined, and team-oriented.
