Job Description

This is not a traditional sales role.

At BCSSARL Magaao, every Cluster Growth Executive acts as an entrepreneur responsible for building

and growing a defined geographical territory.


Each executive will own a group of pincodes and will be responsible for:


 Onboarding businesses

 Building long-term relationships

 Educating customers about Magaao

 Driving repeat orders

 Expanding category adoption

 Becoming the face of Magaao in the assigned territory

The goal is to make Magaao the default replenishment partner for every business in the

cluster.


Key Responsibilities

Business Acquisition

 Visit businesses daily within assigned territory.

 Identify potential customers across:

o Kirana Stores

o Medical Stores

o Restaurants & Cafes

o Hotels

o Cloud Kitchens

o Factories

o Warehouses

o SMEs

o Schools

o Clinics

o Other commercial establishments


 Present Magaao value proposition.

 Register new businesses on the Magaao platform.

 Collect customer requirements and operational supply needs.


Relationship Management

 Build strong relationships with business owners.

 Become the primary point of contact for customers within the territory.

 Understand customer consumption patterns.

 Regularly engage customers through visits, calls, and WhatsApp.

 Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.


Customer Activation ; Retention

 Ensure registered customers place their first order.

 Encourage repeat ordering behaviour.

 Promote scheduled replenishment cycles.

 Increase order frequency and customer engagement.

 Minimize customer churn.


Category Expansion

 Identify opportunities to cross-sell:

o Packaging Materials

o Cleaning & Hygiene

o Disposables

o Tissue Products

o Office Essentials

o Industrial Consumables


 Help customers consolidate operational purchases through Magaao.


Territory Ownership


 Manage assigned pincode clusters as a business territory.

 Maintain customer database and visit plans.

 Track opportunities and customer interactions using Magaao software.

 Provide market intelligence and competitor updates.

 Identify new commercial clusters and business opportunities.


Daily Performance Expectations

 Minimum business visits per day.

 Minimum new registrations per day.

 Consistent follow-up with existing customers.

 First-order conversion targets.

 Repeat-order growth targets.

 Monthly revenue and active customer targets.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

 Registrations

 Active Customers

 Repeat Customers


 Revenue Generated

 Customer Retention

 Territory Growth


Candidate Requirements


Education

 Any preferred.

 Diploma candidates with strong field experience may also apply.

Experience

 1–5 years of experience in:

o Field Sales

o FMCG Sales

o Distribution

o B2B Sales

o Retail Relationship Management

o Territory Sales


 Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered.


Language Requirements

Mandatory:

 Regional Language (local city/state language)

 Hindi and Gujarati
