Job Description
🚍 RedBus – Customer Support Executive
💰 Salary: ₹16,000/month
🕐 Male Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (9-hour shift, any timing within this range)
👩 Female Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🎓 Training: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days Working, 1 Day Week Off
📞 Handle customer queries, bookings, cancellations & refunds.
🤝 Resolve customer issues professionally.
💻 Good communication & basic computer skills required.
