Business Development Executive – Institutional Tie-ups & SeminarsCA, CMA & ACCA Coaching (Foundation to Final)

Location: Vadodara (field role) · Reports to: Director / Centre Head · Type: Full-time, field-based

Role SummaryDrive student enrolment for our institute's CA, CMA, and ACCA programs by building a network of feeder institutions. The role is to visit 11th–12th coaching classes, schools, and B.Com/graduation coaching institutes, sign tie-up arrangements, and organise CA/CMA/ACCA awareness seminars that convert into admissions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and personally visit target institutions: 11th & 12th commerce coaching classes, schools, and B.Com/graduation feeder coaching institutes across the assigned territory.
  • Pitch our institute's CA, CMA & ACCA offering (Foundation → Inter/Intermediate → Final) and negotiate formal tie-up / referral arrangements (MoU-based).
  • Plan, schedule, and organise career-guidance seminars and orientation sessions at partner institutes and schools.
  • Coordinate logistics for each seminar — dates, venue, faculty speaker, student turnout, and material.
  • Maintain a database of institutes visited, contacts, tie-up status, and seminar pipeline; submit a weekly activity report.
  • Build long-term relationships with institute owners, principals, and coordinators for repeat seminars each academic cycle.
  • Represent our institute's brand professionally in all external interactions.
  • Monthly Targets (KPIs)No. of tie-ups signed (MoU executed)
  • No. of seminars organised (with minimum agreed attendance)
  • Secondary: enrolments generated from tie-ups/seminars (conversion)
  • Compensation & IncentiveFixed monthly salary: ₹_____ (base) + travel/fuel reimbursement.
  • Variable incentive — purely activity-linked: ₹_____ per tie-up signed (counted only when MoU is executed)
  • ₹_____ per seminar successfully conducted (counted only on meeting minimum attendance)
  • Paid monthly against the verified activity count.
  • EligibilityGraduate in any stream (commerce/marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years in field sales/business development — education, EdTech, or coaching-industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Two-wheeler and valid licence; willing to travel locally daily.
  • Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skills (will speak/coordinate seminars).
  • Relationship-building and negotiation ability.
  • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and working English.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable with daily field travel.
