Role Overview

The BMS Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the Building Management System across HVAC, electrical, fire, and other integrated building services. The role ensures efficient building operations, safety compliance, and optimal performance of all connected systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot faults on time.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment checks as per schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and facility teams for repairs and upkeep.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of all activities.
• Follow safety protocols and building regulations at all times.
