We are seeking an accurate, organized, and detail-oriented Billing Executive with prior experience in hospital billing to join our patient accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for processing patient bills, coordinating claims, and resolving billing inquiries to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Position: Billing Executive

Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) required.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience specifically in hospital billing.

Location: Atladara, Vadodara, Gujarat 390012

Salary: Upto 4LPA(Depends upon the skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, generate, and process accurate final bills for both Inpatient (IPD) and Outpatient (OPD) departments.
• Coordinate with medical staff, TPA/insurance desks, and management to ensure proper line-item charges and smooth clearance of patient bills.
• Explain billing details to patients or their family members and address any queries or discrepancies with empathy and professionalism.
• Reconcile daily collection reports, cash flow, and payment modes (cash, card, online, TPA).
• Maintain complete and precise billing records, logs, and files in compliance with hospital standards.
• Strong knowledge of hospital management information systems (HMIS) and billing practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
