Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Insurance Advisor to manage insurance portal operations, generate quotations, understand customer requirements, and provide complete guidance regarding insurance products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple insurance company portals efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities :-
• Operate insurance company portals for policy quotations and issuance.
• Understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Prepare and share quotations for Health, Motor, Life, Property, Travel, and SME Insurance.
• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and claim processes to clients.
• Compare plans from different insurance companies and suggest the best option.
• Follow up with clients for policy conversion and renewals.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for underwriting, documentation, and policy issuance.
• Maintain customer records and update MIS reports.
• Resolve customer queries regarding policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
• Ensure timely policy issuance and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of insurance products and insurance portals.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in General or Life Insurance will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in insurance operations or back office.
• Experience working on insurance company portals and comparison platforms will be an added advantage.
