Job Description
Back Office Executive – Solar Projects
Job Role: Back Office Executive
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer document collection, verification and inspection.
- Handle PM Surya Ghar and GEDA portal-related work.
- Coordinate and manage customer electricity meter process.
- Prepare and maintain solar project documentation.
- Handle all documentation related to solar installation, commissioning and approvals.
- Coordinate with customers, DISCOM and internal project teams for document-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records and follow up for pending documents/processes.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer files and portal processes.
- Prior experience in solar industry, PM Surya Ghar or GEDA portal will be preferred.
Experience: 1–3 Years
