Job Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers and clients regarding company services.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups.
- Handle basic administrative and office-related activities.
- Manage solar cleaning service scheduling and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain customer and service-related data in MS Excel.
- Coordinate with customers and technicians for scheduled services.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good call-handling and customer-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of solar cleaning/service scheduling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
