About the Company **Sango Royal India Pvt. Ltd.** is a premium name in luxury furniture manufacturing and architectural metal fabrication. We pride ourselves on maintaining an ethical, organized, and premium workspace. We are currently expanding our customer support team and looking for dedicated female professionals to join our family at our **Por** location. 

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to coordinate with clients, vendors, or internal team members. Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional tone during all phone communications.

Maintain accurate, basic data entries in computer logs regarding daily calls and customer feedback. Escalate complex customer queries to the right managers or departments efficiently.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Experience: Both experienced professionals and freshers with strong communication skills are welcome! Language Skills: Fluent verbal communication in **Hindi**. Knowledge of English or Gujarati is a great advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent listening skills, a calm temperament, polite phone etiquette, and punctuality. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of handling smartphones, computers, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
