Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to manage and execute electrical works at project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute electrical installation works at site
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Handle material planning, site requirements, and coordination with procurement teams
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure smooth workflow

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and site execution
• Good project coordination and site management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Problem-solving approach with attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and site documentation
