Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely batch completion.
  • Manage production manpower, machines, and workflow.
  • Ensure production as per approved formulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, Packing & Stores for smooth production.
  • Maintain batch records, production reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor production wastage, productivity, and material usage.
  • Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline.
  • Identify production issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
