Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional abilities using standardized and clinical evaluation methods.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and therapeutic goals.
- Conduct occupational therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, sensory processing, self-care skills, attention, and functional independence.
- Implement sensory integration and therapeutic activities tailored to each child's needs.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, behavioral therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic intervention.
- Educate and guide parents regarding home-based activities, therapy goals, and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation, treatment records, assessment reports, and progress notes.
- Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes, modifying intervention plans as required.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and child-friendly therapeutic environment.
