QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, social work, or counseling.

* Excellent communication skill

* Ability to empathize with clients

* Ability to leverage internal & external resources as part of a client treatment plan.

* Willingness to work on call

* Computer knowledge & fluency.

1. Willingness to work on call.

2. Follow up with the clients for registration.

3. Counseling the clients, evaluating clients' needs, and creating a custom treatment plan.

4. Providing complete information of charges life time i.e. till marriage done & one year offer available.

5. Computer knowledge & fluency.

6. Sharing the profiles. Timely dealing with profile sharing.

7. Monitor client progress with profile sharing, taking the follow-ups for shared profiles

8. Coordinate with your internal individual’s staff to reach personal goals.

9. Arranging the meeting for matching profiles.
