Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager with strong knowledge of the sheet metal fabrication industry to manage daily factory operations, manpower, production planning, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall factory operations and ensure smooth daily production.
• Plan and monitor production schedules according to customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Handle manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and workforce management.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor daily production activities, machine utilization, and material availability.
• Provide daily production updates, reports, and progress status to management and customers, as required.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Take responsibility for all factory activities, including production, maintenance coordination, safety, and discipline.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Supervise sheet metal fabrication processes, including laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, power press operations, welding, and assembly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and production management.
• Hands-on knowledge of programming software for laser cutting and CNC bending machines.
• Knowledge of CNC punching, power press machines, welding, and other fabrication processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and handle customer production requirements independently.
• Proficiency in production planning, daily reporting, and coordination.
• Ability to take ownership of factory operations and meet production deadlines.
