Job Description


  •  HR Executive (Admin & Finance Department)
  • Experience: min 1 Year (Hotel or Service Sector mandatory)
  • Education: MBA / PGDM / Post Graduate in Human Resources
  • Key Skills: Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC/PT), Staff Welfare, Employee Lifecycle


Oversee talent recruitment, monthly payroll preparation, statutory compliance, employee life cycle and staff welfare.

• Source, screen, and interview hotel operational staff across local Thane/Ulhasnagar/Kalyan talent pools.

• Maintain daily biometric attendance, leave cards, shift roasters, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.

• Ensure strict statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Shop & Establishment Act, and contract labor rules.

• Manage employee onboarding, issue identity cards, manage uniform allocation, and oversee staff locker rooms.

• Coordinate staff grievances, exit interviews, and ensure smooth pre-opening/running team culture.
