JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE SUPERVISOR

Position: Site Supervisor(Civil)

Location : As Per Project (All Over India )

Required: Male Candidate.

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day execution of work at project sites, ensuring quality, progress, and compliance with company standards. The role requires strict reporting, coordination with labor and vendors, and maintaining discipline at site.

Note:

This role does not have a fixed site location. The employee will be required to work at any project site as assigned by the company, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Work Management

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions
• Manage labor, materials, and tools efficiently
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of civil/structural/fabrication work
• Strong supervision and leadership skills
• Ability to manage labor and handle pressure
• Good communication (especially via WhatsApp reporting)
• Problem-solving attitude

Eligibility :

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Ready to Relocate as Per project requirements.
• Minimum 1 to 2 year Experience prefered (Fresher is also Ok)

Salary :

• 10,000-18000 Per Month (Fixed + Performance )
