Job Description
- Generate invoices and bills accurately using billing software
- Handle cash, card, UPI and finance transactions
- Coordinate with sales team for billing and delivery processes
- Explain offers, warranties and finance schemes to customers
- Maintain billing records, receipts and customer documents properly
- Verify product details, serial numbers and warranty information
- Coordinate with finance companies for EMI approvals
- Handle customer queries professionally at billing counter
- Ensure smooth and efficient billing operations during peak sales periods
