Job Title: Tele-Marketing Executive (MSME Loans)​

Location: Manipal

Responsibilities

* ​Execute outbound calls to MSMEs and Retail prospects across major hubs 

* Identify financial requirements of potential clients and pitch appropriate loan products. 

* Secure confirmed meetings for our Relationship Managers and Business Managers in their respective cities. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call logs and follow-up schedules. 

* Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for "Market Qualified Leads" (MQLs) and meeting fixations.​

Candidate Requirements​

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tele-calling/Inside Sales specifically for MSME and Retail loan products.​Insurance sales experience is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.​

* Must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in English, Hindi, and Kannada.​

* Proficiency in other regional languages is a strong plus 

* Familiarity with Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital solutions, and Personal/Retail loan structures.​
