Property Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel/property.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of guests.
• Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and other staff.
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance and overall property standards.
• Manage room/bed availability and coordinate with the booking team.
• Maintain daily operational records and reports.
• Monitor inventory and inform the management about requirements.
• Handle basic cash/payment-related activities when required.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff.
• Ensure guests have a comfortable and positive stay.
• Manage staff schedules and daily work allocation.
• Escalate major operational issues to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel, hostel, resort, homestay or property management is preferred.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Ability to manage staff and daily operations.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Should be responsible, organized and proactive.
• Willingness to work in a hospitality environment and handle operational issues.
