Job Description
What do we expect from this role?
· Handling customers through calls
· Ensure correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and/or by email
Requirements:
- Good command on English. (Written & Verbal
- Willing to work in night shift (7.30pm - 4.30am)
- 1-2 years of experience handling customers mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
