Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Field Visits & Debt Collection: Visit customers with overdue auto or commercial vehicle loan installments to collect payments or negotiate realistic settlements. [
- Customer Communication: Contact defaulters via phone, email, or in-person visits to understand reasons for payment delay and propose structured payment plans.
- Payment Processing & Receipts: Collect cash, cheques, or digital/UPI payments, issue official receipts, and deposit collections according to company Service Level Agreements
- Repossession & Escalation Support: Coordinate vehicle repossession procedures, legal notices, or escalation to senior recovery managers for severely delinquent or high-ticket accounts.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Update CRM software or daily collection/risk reports (DRR) with accurate notes on customer interactions, broken promises, and payment status.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow legal, ethical, and company-mandated debt recovery guidelines.
