Job Summary - The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents/advisors to generate life insurance business. The candidate is responsible for achieving sales targets through the agency network and maintaining strong relationships with agents and customers.

• Generate life insurance business through the agency channel
• Conduct joint sales calls with agents
