About the Role

Shree Nakoda Tiles Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, architects, contractors, and other B2B clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients.
• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
• Identify market opportunities and gather competitor intelligence.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from customers.
• Represent the company professionally and strengthen brand presence in the market.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (valid degree mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
