Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new dealers, expanding the dealer network, promoting and selling Roofing Sheets, GP Sheets and GC Sheets, and managing sales and payment collection activities in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the local market, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with dealers and customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
• Identify, approach and onboard new dealers for Roofing Sheets, GP Sheets and GC Sheets.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Visit existing and potential dealers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
• Promote company products and increase market penetration.
• Handle order booking, sales follow-ups and coordination for timely product delivery.
• Manage dealer payments, outstanding balances and payment collection.
• Ensure timely recovery of payments from dealers as per company policies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular sales reports, dealer records and market visit reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve dealer-related issues efficiently.
• Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Dealer Development / B2B Sales.
• Experience in Roofing Sheets, GP Sheets, GC Sheets, Steel, Building Materials or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop new markets and generate business independently.
• Knowledge of dealer management, sales and payment collection.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and sales reporting.
