Job Description
- Lead ManagementHandle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with daily leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website, Justdial, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Maintain proper lead status and update CRM/Excel sheets daily.
- Customer CoordinationCoordinate with clients regarding requirements, artwork approvals, quotations, and order updates.
- Ensure timely responses on WhatsApp, Email, and Phone Calls.
- Schedule meetings and follow-up calls for senior sales personnel.
- Quotation & Order SupportPrepare and send quotations as per company pricing.
- Coordinate with design, production, and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
- Track pending quotations and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Daily ReportingMaintain daily lead reports.
- Submit follow-up reports and sales updates.
- Track pending payments and coordinate with clients for collections.
- Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong customer relationships.
- Generate repeat business from existing clients.
- Collect feedback and identify upselling opportunities.
