Job Description
Job Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Liaisoning Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include:
· Loan & Subsidy Management: End-to-end processing of solar loan applications and government subsidy claims (Central/State schemes).
· Documentation & Uploading: Collecting, verifying, and uploading technical and financial documents on bank portals and government windows.
· Departmental Liaisoning: Coordinating with Banks, DISCOMs, and MNRE departments to ensure timely approval of projects.
· Feasibility Coordination: Assisting the sales team by checking the financial feasibility and subsidy eligibility for potential clients.
· Compliance Tracking: Maintaining a digital record of all applications and providing regular status reports to the management.
· Query Resolution: Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or "queries" raised by financial institutions during the vetting process.
· Client Relationship: Guiding clients through the paperwork process to ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
