About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Growth Associate who wants to take ownership of growth, sales pipelines, partnerships, and client relationships.


This is not a conventional sales role focused only on cold outreach. We are looking for someone who understands that modern business development is a combination of relationship building, strategic communication, AI-powered workflows, and understanding what actually drives business decisions.


Your Opportunity

At Creative Upaay, you will work with clients across the USA, UAE, South Africa, Australia, and India across multiple industries and time zones.

You will be part of a fast-moving tech and design agency building custom digital solutions for startups, enterprises, and growing businesses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage B2B sales pipelines
  • Generate leads through outbound and inbound channels
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships
  • Handle sales conversations and client follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Support upselling, cross-selling, and long-term client retention
  • Use AI tools and automated workflows to improve lead generation and sales processes
  • Communicate customer pain points, feedback, and market insights to the product and technical teams
  • Contribute to consistent business growth and revenue generation
