Industry: Welding Wires Manufacturing (MIG, FCW & SAW Wires)

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
• Implement safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
• RequirementsDiploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.
• Experience in welding consumables, wire drawing, or steel processing industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
