Job Description
- Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all
- guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- To control and monitor the branch activities and staff movements.
- Cost Management and Cost effectiveness at the branch to ensure
- profitability, also ensure that the branch adheres to the Know Your
- Customer (KYC) norms at all time.
- Ensuring that the customers get best services and their needs are
- understood and met through the financial product offerings of the organization.
- Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Development,
- Team Development and Revenue Generation and Collection.
- Ensure all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by the Senior Management.
- Ensure that all staff are adequately trained on the Products of thecompany and Processes.
- Responsible for dealing with External and Internal Auditors and inspections and compliance.
- Provides a quick and timely service to the clients, making sure that the client's expectations are fulfilled whenever is possible.
- Informs the AM about the demand in his/her assigned area as well as on the competition.
- Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.
- Undertake regular field visits, & Surprise visits assessing a sample of Centre Meeting and loan applications directly
- Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.
- To handle a cluster of GL Branches for smooth operations.
- Maintaining various MIS (Volumes, TAT, Deviations).
- Responsible for process flow maintenance as per role assigned.
