Job Description
- Continuously track vital signs, lab reports, and interpret patient responses to life-saving interventions.
- Calculate and administer precise pediatric-specific medication dosages and IV fluids
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized life-support systems, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors
- Assist medical teams with intubations, catheter insertions, and chest tube placements
- Educate parents on the care plan and offer vital emotional support to families navigating highly stressful medical situations
