Factory Supervisor — Garment Production

Every day, you will visit our 3–4 partner factories. You check how many pieces are being made, inspect quality, confirm delivery dates, and send us a WhatsApp report every evening.

What you will do daily:

• Count how many tailors are present and working

• Check production: how many pieces ready, how many pending

• Check quality — stitching, collar, print

• Confirm delivery schedule with the factory

• Follow up on any alteration or correction pieces

• Send a clear WhatsApp update every day

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years working with garment factories — production follow-up, quality check, or coordination

- Must have your own two-wheeler to travel between factories

- Good at WhatsApp — you should be able to send clear, quick updates

- Can read and follow order sheets and checklists

- Honest, punctual, and someone who takes ownership without needing to be told twice
