Job Description
* Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and in-person.
* Coordinate laptop/computer service, repair and delivery.
* Understand customer issues and coordinate with the technical team.
* Prepare service updates, quotations and follow-ups.
* Maintain customer details and service records.
* Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate between customers, engineers and office team.
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of laptops and computers.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to coordinate multiple service requests.
* Experience in the laptop/computer field is preferred.
* Freshers with good communication and basic technical knowledge can also apply.
