Data Entry Operator – Spinning Mill

Location: Kulathupalayam, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to work in a spinning mill at Tiruppur.

• Key Responsibilities: Enter daily production data such as yarn production, machine output and shift details.
• Update inventory records including raw materials, finished goods and wastage.
• Maintain and update purchase, dispatch and stock records.
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors in a timely manner.
• Generate daily and weekly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Accounts teams for data collection.
• Qualifications: Any Graduate / Diploma.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the textile/spinning industry.
• Freshers with good computer skills can also be considered.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Job Requirements:

• Experience: Any experience; 1–3 years preferred
• English: Basic English
• Tamil: Fluent in speaking Tamil
• Age: 18–35 years
• Gender: Any
• Skills: Data entry, typing, filing documents, maintaining records and updating records.
