Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide courteous and professional service.
- Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to the resort's service standards.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Assist guests with menu-related questions and basic food recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, dining area, and service stations.
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and properly arranged.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Assist during buffets, banquets, weddings, conferences, and other resort events.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Follow instructions from the F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager.
- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B management team.
