Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end store operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment.
• Lead picker/packer teams to achieve productivity and accuracy KPIs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and replenishment.
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Q-commerce, e-commerce, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Leadership: Strong team management and people handling skills.
• Technical: Proficient in inventory systems and MS Office.
• Execution: Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
