Senior Sales Manager

·      Achieve assigned individual sales targets.

·      Work on all leads provided and ensure timely follow-up, engagement, and closure.

·      Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through value-added customer service interactions, along with seamless coordination with Operations teams.

·      Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer lifetime value.

·      Generate customer appointments and conduct need-based sales conversations.

·      Identify opportunities from existing customer portfolios and service touchpoints.

·      Adhere to compliance, process, and quality standards while driving business outcomes.

·      Participate in branch activities, customer meets, and Joint Field Work (JFW) as required.

·      Maintain high productivity, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction levels.
