Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Collection Team Leader to lead a team of collection executives, drive recovery targets, and ensure effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of collection executives (Telecalling).
• Allocate daily targets and monitor team performance.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and collections from customers.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve collection-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain collection MIS and performance reports.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth collection operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Collections (NBFC/Banking preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or in a Senior Collections role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Target-driven with a result-oriented approach.

Preferred

• Experience in FinTech or Digital Lending.
• Exposure to Early Bucket, Late Bucket, and Recovery Collections.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
