Job Description
Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Liquor ERP
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Travel: Extensive travel within assigned Andhra Pradesh territory
About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and highly motivated Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to expand our Liquor Retail ERP business across Andhra Pradesh.
We are hiring for three key regions:
- Vijayawada Region
- Visakhapatnam Region
- Nellore / Tirupati Region
The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, confident in meeting liquor retailers and capable of independently developing business within the assigned territory.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and acquire liquor retail customers within the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit liquor shops, bars and prospective customers.
- Demonstrate our ERP solution and explain its business benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers.
- Identify competitor activity and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain regular reporting of market visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region.
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Energetic and proactive
- Strong in field sales
- Comfortable meeting retailers and business owners
- Good in communication, negotiation and relationship-building
- Capable of independently developing an assigned territory
- Willing to travel extensively within Andhra Pradesh
- Focused on achieving measurable sales results
- Qualification & ExperienceAny Graduation
- 3–5 years of Sales / Business Development experience
- Strong field-sales experience preferred
- Experience in Retail, ERP, SaaS, POS, FMCG, Liquor Industry or Retail Technology is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of the local market and retailer network is preferred
CompensationFixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
This is a salary-based role. No sales incentive component.
