Position: Business Development Execuitive

Location: tirunelveli

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Performance-Based)

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Customer Acquisition

• Identify and onboard new customers for Current and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct field sales.
• Conduct local market visits to generate leads and promote banking products.

Sales & Cross-Selling

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Drive additional deposits and cross-sell suitable banking products based on customer requirements.

Marketing Activities

• Participate in local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Learning & Development

• Attend regular training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance standards.
