Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller cum Admin Executive to promote and coordinate our academic services, including Final Year Projects, IEEE Projects, Internships, Technical Training Programs, Research Paper Writing, and PhD Research Support. The candidate will be responsible for contacting Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts & Science, and PG students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media, explaining our services, generating leads, following up with students, and ensuring continuous support until the successful completion of their projects or training programs. The role also includes maintaining student records, coordinating with technical teams, handling administrative tasks, and supporting marketing activities to increase student enrollments and client satisfaction. Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills are essential for this position.
